I had the raspberry lemon martini & it was excellent. We had champage, 2 martinis and 1 rum & coke. There is a happy hour and the prices are reduced by half and so are the 'small plates' but not the appetizers. If you get there at 5:00, you can see the incredible view. We had dinner at the restaurant up at the very top of the casino called the Cielo which opens up at 5:00 PM. There is FREE valet parking which is a great service but you obviously should always leave a tip.
The casino is an Indian casino so beware that smoking is allowed if you're sensitive or have allergies. We get offers from the casino for overnight stays, $15 match plays, buffet deals, etc., so instead of driving home late at night, we stayed overnight and used a coupon. Some friends we met on a cruise ship live in Mission Viejo and we're renting in North Palm Springs and since we all like to gamble, we opted to meet at Morongo Casino, Resort & Spa.
